This Refund Policy applies to the Postto mobile application, website, and all related digital services operated by Myadbazaar.

1. Nature of Services

Postto provides digital subscription-based services including:

• Poster & Video Creation
• Social Media Content Services
• Auto Posting on Facebook & Instagram
• Premium Design & Marketing Features

As these services are digital in nature, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Subscription & AutoPay Authorization

• By subscribing to Postto, users authorize recurring payments through AutoPay/e-Mandate.
• A nominal verification amount (such as Rs. 1) may be charged temporarily for mandate authentication.
• After successful authorization, the selected subscription amount (Monthly/Yearly Plan) will automatically be debited.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

• Successfully processed subscription charges
• Monthly and Yearly membership fees
• Auto-debited recurring payments after mandate approval

Once the service has been activated or used, no refund shall be issued.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment deduction
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
• Unauthorized double transaction caused by system failure

5. Refund Request Procedure

• Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction date.
• After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

6. Subscription Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will stop future recurring payments only.
• No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
